摘要
本文以新冠肺炎疫情"乙类甲管"防控实践为例,借助危机管理的PPRR模型,从疫情预防、准备、反应、恢复等4个阶段进行梳理,总结危机管理的关键要点.面对突发疫情,医院应从疫情风险预警、闭环管理应急预案制定与演练、患者安抚与就医引导、舆情处置、医疗服务恢复等环节精准发力,应对危机.
Abstract
Taking the initial prevention and control of COVID-19 as an example,this paper used PPRR model of crisis management to summarize the key points of crisis management from the four stages of epidemic prevention,preparation,response and recovery.In the face of sudden epidemics,hospitals should make precise efforts to deal with crisis in the aspects of epidemic risk early warning,closed-loop management emergency plan formulation and drill,patient comfort and medical treatment guidance,public opinion disposal,medical service recovery.
