Practice and thinking on emergency management of public health emergencies in the outpatient department of a tertiary general hospital
Taking the initial prevention and control of COVID-19 as an example,this paper used PPRR model of crisis management to summarize the key points of crisis management from the four stages of epidemic prevention,preparation,response and recovery.In the face of sudden epidemics,hospitals should make precise efforts to deal with crisis in the aspects of epidemic risk early warning,closed-loop management emergency plan formulation and drill,patient comfort and medical treatment guidance,public opinion disposal,medical service recovery.
