我国新发蜱媒传染病流行风险及应对措施

20世纪70年代以来,新发再发传染病已达40多种,新发及再发虫媒传染病发病率不断上升。本文从第二重要病媒生物蜱类切入,分析蜱种类及其分布、携带病原体情况、主要蜱媒传染病流行及其影响因素、境外输入风险等,科学评估蜱媒传染病在我国传播流行的风险,提出构建我国蜱媒传染病监测预警体系,建立境外-口岸-地方全链条一体化防控机制、加强医疗机构诊治检测能力以及健康宣教等防控应对措施,提高重大传染病疫情早发现能力,严防新发蜱媒传染病传播流行,保障人民生命健康安全。
Epidemic risk and response measures of novel tick-borne infectious diseases in China
Since the 1970s,there have been more than 40 emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases,the incidence rate of emerging and re-emerging vector infectious diseases has been rising.This article started with the second im-portant medical vector-tick species,analyzed the types and distribution of ticks,the carrying of pathogens,the preva-lence of major tick-bome infectious diseases,the influencing factors of tick-borne infectious disease transmission,and the risk of imported ticks.It scientifically evaluated the risk of tick-borne infectious diseases spreading in China,proposed the construction of a monitoring and early warning system for tick-borne infectious diseases in China,es-tablish an integrated prevention and control mechanism for the full chain of overseas,port and local areas,strengthen the diagnosis and testing capabilities of medical institutions,health education and other prevention and control mea-sures,improve the ability to detect major infectious disease outbreaks early,strictly prevent the spread of new tick-borne infectious diseases,ensure the safety of people's lives and health.
