口岸传染病快速检测方法研究进展

摘要
当前全球新发突发传染病频发,新型冠状病毒感染疫情的大流行突显了口岸传染病快速检测能力建设的重要性.虽然新型冠状病毒已进入常态化防控阶段,但当前全球疫情仍在流行,病毒还在不断变异,要加强口岸疫情监测和常态化预警,提升疫情早发现、早处置和应急响应能力.本文针对病毒性及细菌性疾病,总结分析当前市售的快速检测装备及相关技术的发展现状,为口岸输入性传染病疫情预警和快速检测方法选择及监测机制建立提供参考.
Abstract
At present,novel and emergent infectious diseases are occurring frequently in the world,and the COVID-19 pandemic highlights the importance of rapid detection capacity building for infectious diseases at ports.Although the COVID-19 pandemic has been managed with usual measures,the current global epidemic is still prevalent and the virus is still mutating,so it is necessary to improve the ability of early detection,early disposal and emergency re-sponse.Aiming at viral and bacterial diseases,this paper summarized and analyzed the development of rapid detec-tion equipment and related technologies currently available on the market,with a view to provide reference for the early warning of imported infectious diseases at ports,the selection of rapid detection methods and the establishment of surveillance mechanisms.
