Application and improvement of clinical practice skills training system in undergraduate students
Objective To establish a comprehensive clinical practice skill training system for medical students,strengthen their skill training,improve their competence.Methods The scores of the national level test(skills part)of clinical medical students of Hebei Engineering University in 2022 and 2023 were collected,and the outline re-quirements of the National Level Test for Clinical Medicine Majors(undergraduate level test)(hereinafter referred to as the level test)were referred to.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the average scores of grade 2018 and grade 2019 students.The differences between the students'scores and the national average scores before and after the reform were compared.Results The scores of the national clinical medical skills test of medical students of grade 2019 were compared with the level of the national skills test,the passing rate of our students in 2023 was 4.15%,higher than the national average passing rate in 2022.The physical examination mastery rate of our students in 2023 was 1.31%,higher than the national learning mastery rate in 2022.In 2023,compared with 2022,the com-munication ability mastery rate of our students was 2.89%,higher than the national average level.Conclusion A comprehensive clinical skills practice teaching system and medical education reform provided reference for improving the clinical skills level of medical students and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
