Study of molecular transmission network on circulating HIV-1 CRF55_01B strain among enter-exit personnel and local population at Shenzhen port
Objective To analyze the correlation of circulating HIV-1 CRF55_01B strain among Shenzhen port enter-exit personnel and local population,to lay the foundation for the formulation relevant regulations. Methods Three enter-exit personnel in Shenzhen port and sixteen local individuals infected with HIV-1 CRF55_01B strain were selected as the research subjects.HIV-1 pol gene was amplified by using reverse transcription PCR and nested PCR.HIV-1 gene sequences from the two populations were obtained using sequencing technology, genotypes were determined.Transmission network and phylogenetic analysis methods were used to study the association of HIV-1 CRF55_01B strains in the two populations. Results The transmission network pattern diagram of 19 HIV-1 CRF55_01B strains from the two populations showed that the virus carried by three inbound travelers from Hong Kong,China(HIV211),Malaysia(HIV212)and Philippines(HIV150)were closely related to the popular HIV-1 CRF55_01B strains of the local MSM population in Shenzhen.Systematic evolutionary analysis showed that the virus gene sequences from the three inbound travelers constituted two stable evolutionary clusters with the virus gene sequences from local individuals, reliability test coefficients of two evolutionary clusters were 0.942 and 1,respectively.Conclusion There was an association on the prevalent HIV-1 CRF55-01B strains in entry-exit personnel at Shenzhen port and the local population.
