Effect of comprehensive management mode vaccination process on vaccination behavior of herpes zoster vaccine
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive management mode vaccination process on the vaccina-tion behavior of herpes zoster vaccine recipients,and provide reference for optimizing the vaccination process.Meth-ods A total of 200 recipients who receipt herpes zoster vaccine at Shunde Women and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from April to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the conven-tional management group and comprehensive management group according to the random number table method,with 100 individuals in each group.The conventional management group received routine management mode vaccination process,the comprehensive management group received integrated management mode vaccination process.The timely vaccination rate of herpes zoster vaccine in the two groups was compared.Knowledge mastery was assessed through knowledge questionnaire.Results The timely vaccination rate of herpes zoster vaccine in the comprehensive manage-ment group(93.33％)was higher than that in the conventional management group(70.00％)(P＜0.05).The proportion of recipients with knowledge questionnaire scores range ≤60,61-70 and 71-80 in the comprehensive management group was lower than that in the conventional management group,and the proportion of recipients with knowledge questionnaire scores range 81-90 and 91-100 in the comprehensive management group was higher than that in the conventional management group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the comprehensive management group was lower than that in the conventional management group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive management mode vaccination process could increase the relevant knowledge mastery of herpes zoster vaccination in recipients,im-prove timely vaccination rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
