医学研究生就业指导与思想政治教育融合模式探析

摘要
本文基干部分医学生慢就业、不就业的现象,结合实际工作经验,分析当代医学研究生就业困难的原因,阐述就业指导与思想政治教育融合模式的必要性,提出业务与思想政治教育相融合,提供全周期就业形势教育、提供个性化辅导,协助规划职业生涯、建立"四位一体"就业指导机制,形成协同育人格局,发挥朋辈教育力量等工作途径,探讨促进医学研究生充分高质量就业的途径和举措.
Abstract
Based on the phenomenon of delayed employment and refused employment,combined with the experience,this article analyzed the reasons why medical postgraduates had difficulties on job-hunting,expounded the necessity of fusion of employment guidance and ideological and political education,proposed that providing full cycle career education,personalized counseling,establishes a"four in one"education guidance mechanisms,forming a collaborative education pattern,in order to promote the high-quality employment of medical postgraduates.
