吸力桶式基础是一种非打入性浅基础,其直径大、高度小,通常采用吸力下沉,相较于传统单桩更适合深远海域.吸力桶式基础施工对系统稳定性和上部结构水平度要求严格,下沉工艺复杂,有必要进一步研究其下沉过程中的控制方法和调平策略.依托长乐外海海域三桶吸力桶式基础安装施工项目,利用变频器PID控制原理,对吸力下沉时的姿态控制流程、控制工艺及控制算法等进行了分析和研究,并基于自动和手动调平控制流程,结合桶体贯入深度及压差极限要求,设计了整体控制系统与现场施工方法,确保施工的安全性与精准控制.
The suction bucket foundation is a non-penetrating shallow foundation with a large diameter and small height,usually sinking by suction,which is more suitable for deep sea areas than traditional mono-piles.The construction of suction bucket foundation has a strict requirement for structural stability and levelness,which make the sinking process complex.So it is necessary to study its control method and leveling strategy further.Relying on the installation and construction project of three-bucket suction bucket foundation in Changle offshore area,this paper analyzes and studies the attitude control process and its control technology and algorithm during suction penetration using the PID control of frequency converter.Based on automatic and manual leveling control processes,combined with the requirements of the bucket penetration depth and the pressure difference limits,an overall control system and on-site construction methods were designed in order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the construction.
