船坞拉锚式坞墙施工阶段位移控制技术及应用

软土地基上建造拉锚板桩坞墙结构的船坞工程,基坑开挖后的坞墙位移不可避免.对于采用地下连续墙等柔性墙体加锚碇结构的组合式坞墙结构,结构受力体系较为复杂,施工各阶段工况变化,导致结构位移趋势不尽相同.为保证船坞净宽尺寸要求,通过对坞墙及墙后锚碇结构位移量的工况分析及数值计算,提出各阶段结构位移控制措施,同时依据数值计算结论预留位移量.结合施工实际监测数据,同步验证数值计算可靠性,进而形成可供推广的船坞位移控制技术.
The displacement of the dock wall after excavation is inevitable in the construction of anchor plate pile dock wall structures on soft soil foundations.For composite dock wall structures that use flexible walls such as diaphragm walls and anchor structures,the stress system of the structure is relatively complex,and the working conditions change in each stage of construction,resulting in different displacement trends of the structure.To ensure the requirements for the net width of the dock,the displacement control measures for each stage of the structure were proposed through the analysis of the working conditions and numerical calculation of the displacement of the dock wall and the anchor structure behind the wall.At the same time,the displacement was reserved based on the numerical calculation conclusion.Based on the actual monitoring data of construction,the reliability of numerical calculation was verified synchronously,and then a displacement control technology for docks can be developed for promotion.
