摘要
碎石基床整平和锁固回填是沉管隧道施工领域两大重要施工工序,其工作效率和施工精度对沉管安装工期有较大影响.因此设计建造了一艘集供料、锁定回填、质量检测于一体的供料锁固回填船.既简化了沉管隧道施工工艺、降低了设备成本投入,又提高了施工效率.文章详细阐述了供料锁固回填船的应用效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴.
Abstract
Gravel bed leveling and locking backfill are two important construction processes in the field of immersed tube tunnel construction,and their work efficiency and construction accuracy have a significant impact on the installation period of immersed tubes.Therefore,a feeding and locking backfill ship was designed and constructed that integrates feeding,locking backfill,and quality inspection.It simplifies the construction process of immersed tube tunnel,reduces equipment cost investment,and improves construction efficiency.In this paper,the application effect of locking and backfill ship for feeding materials was described in detail,which can provide reference for similar projects.
