大尺度空间下基于改进效用函数的货运量分担率研究

针对欠发达地区大尺度空间内综合交通运输结构优化问题,以货运量分担率为切入点,综合考虑各货运方式的差异性,应用变异系数法对各影响指标进行赋权,构建了改进效用函数的Influ-Logit模型.以尼日利亚为例分析该区域内公路、铁路、水路运输的货运量分担率,结果显示其公路、铁路、水路的最优货运量分担比例为6∶3∶1.研究表明模型在基础数据匮乏条件下能够合理优化大尺度区域的货运量分配,为欠发达区域的物流系统规划和优化提供理论依据.
To address the issue of optimizing the integrated transport structure in the underdeveloped regions in large scale space,taking the freight volume sharing rate as the entry point,the variability of each freight mode is taken into account.The coefficient of variation method is applied to assign weights to each impact indicator,and an Influ-Logit model with an improved utility function is constructed to analyze the freight volume sharing rate of road,rail and waterway transport in the region,taking Nigeria as an example.The results show that the ideal freight sharing rate of road,rail and waterways in Nigeria is 6∶3∶1.The model can reasonably optimize the freight allocation in large scale regions under the condition of lack of basic data,providing a theoretical basis for the planning and optimization of logistics systems in underdeveloped regions.
