The sinking of outfall pipeline is the key link in the process of shipping and installing marine outfall pipelines.A steel pipeline with a length of 500 m and an inner diameter of 1 m is taken as the research object.The critical depth of pipe sinking is determined by numerical analysis and the equivalent stress of S-shaped pipe section is taken as the limiting condition.The buoyancy,number and spacing of the airbag are determined by the buoyancy aid safety factor and negative buoyancy of the pipe section.The sinking of the outfall pipeline is finally realized by means of multiple underwater sinking.The elevation error,axial error and flange joint gap in the engineering example all meet the acceptance requirements,which proves that the sinking technology is reliable and the application effect is good,and can provide reference for the construction of the same type of outfall pipelines.
