某新建油码头为离岸式,采用跨航道埋入式海管接岸,海管需回填覆盖层加以防护.基于DNV系列标准,对管线进行屈曲、沉降、抗浮和撞击吸能分析,确定覆盖层厚度、构成和回填料参数,确保管线施工不被损坏,在位运行稳定.阐述海底管道覆盖层施工工艺比选、具体施工方法和实施效果.实践证明,该海底管道覆盖层设计合理,所选施工方法适用,可供类似工程参考.
The newly built oil terminal in a certain port is an offshore type,which adopts the method of a cross-channel buried subsea pipelines,connected to the shore,and the subsea pipeline needs to be protected by backfilled protection overlay.Based on the DNV series specifications,the up-heave buckling,settlement,anti-floating,and impact energy absorption of the pipeline were analyzed,and the thickness,composition and backfill parameters of the protection overlay were determined,to ensure that the pipeline is not damaged during construction and the in-place situation is stable during operation.The construction technology comparison,detail construction method and implementation effect of the protection overlay of the subsea pipeline were described.The practice proves that the design of the subsea pipeline protection overlay is reasonable and the selected construction method is suitable,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
