深中通道沉管隧道最终接头MGB滑轨摩擦系数试验研究

Experimental study on friction coefficient of MGB slide-rail in immersed tunnel final joint of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link

深中通道沉管隧道最终接头采用了水下推出式对接方式,推出过程中采用MGB滑轨作为底部滑行系统,为分析结构受力,建立了与施工现场荷载相同的试验结构,研究了深中通道沉管隧道最终接头MGB滑轨与防腐涂层在不同施工荷载和润滑状态下的摩擦系数,并与厂家提供的摩擦系数进行了对比.研究结果表明:MGB材料的摩擦系数随着荷载的增大而减小,干摩擦情况下的静摩擦系数范围为0.181~0.266,滑动摩擦系数范围为0.150~0.226,在水润滑条件下摩擦系数小于干摩擦,摩擦系数与接触界面有关,工程中建议根据实际荷载和摩擦界面情况对摩擦系数进行测试.
Underwater push-out docking method was adopted in the final joint of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link immersed tunnel,and the MGB slide-rail was used as the bottom sliding system during the push-out process.A test structure with the same load as the construction site was established in order to analyze the structural stress.The friction coefficient between MGB slide-rail and anticorrosive coating in final joint of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link under different construction loads and lubrication conditions was studied by using the test structure,and was compared with the friction coefficient provided by the manufacturer.The research results indicate that the friction coefficient of MGB material decreases with the increase of load.The static friction coefficient ranges from 0.181 to 0.266 in the case of dry friction,and the sliding friction coefficient ranges from 0.150 to 0.226.The friction coefficient under water lubrication conditions is smaller than dry friction,and it is related to the contact interface.It is recommended to test the friction coefficient based on the actual load and friction interface conditions in engineering project.
