摘要

未考虑通航需求的渠化河道,为实现高效通航的治理目标,需分析闸坝数量、通航效率、工程投资之间的关系,合理确定梯级布置方案.以已渠化的恭城河河道为例,系统总结了航运枢纽布置的主要影响因素和布置原则,在分析论证的基础上提出了3个可行的梯级布置方案,对通航效率、工程投资等影响因素进行分析,得出恭城河通航宜采用三梯级渠化方案的结果,结论是以航运开发为主要任务的渠化工程应优先考虑通航效率,合理设置梯级间距,控制梯级数量.航运枢纽布置原则、研究思路和方法对类似工程规划建设和规范修编具有积极借鉴意义.

Abstract

In order to achieve the goal of highly efficient navigation,it is necessary to analyze the relationship among the number of sluice dams,navigation efficiency and project investment in channelized rivers that have not considered navigation needs,and the cascade layout scheme should be reasonably determined.Taking the channelized Gongcheng River as an example,this paper systematically summarizes the main influencing factors and layout principles of the navigation hydro-junction layout,puts forward three feasible cascade layout schemes on the basis of analysis and demonstration,analyzes the factors influencing navigation efficiency and project investment,and obtains the result that the navigation of Gongcheng river should adopt the three cascade channelization scheme.The conclusion is that channelization projects with navigation development as the main task should prioritize navigation efficiency,set reasonable distance between cascades,and control the number of cascades.The principles,research ideas and methods of the layout of navigation hydro-junction have positive reference significance for the planning and construction of similar projects and the revision of codes.
