摘要

长江中游是推动长江经济带发展、促进中部地区崛起的重点区域.目前,长江LNG接卸码头尚无营运案例.针对长江中游建设条件,通过工程实例,开展了 LNG接卸码头浮码头及直立式码头结构形式对比分析,提出了长江中游直立式LNG接卸码头关键技术解决方案,并首次将快速脱缆钩、靠泊辅助系统应用于内河油气化工码头.研究表明:直立式LNG接卸码头更加安全可靠,关键技术解决方案合理可行,切实解决行业发展需求,具有良好的应用推广价值.

Abstract

At present,there is no operational cases of LNG unloading wharf in the Yangtze River.Based on the construction conditions in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the comparative analysis of floating wharf and vertical wharf for LNG unloading wharf was carried out by engineering examples,the key technical solution for vertical LNG unloading wharf in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River was put forward,the quick release hook and berthing assistance system were applied to inland oil & gas and chemical wharf for the first time.The results show that the vertical LNG unloading wharf is safer and more reliable,the key technical solution is reasonable and feasible,which effectively solves the developmental needs of industry and has good application and promotion value.
