Prefabricated bridges have the advantages of fast construction speed,low environmental impact,reliable construction quality,energy conservation and environmental protection,and are an important development direction in the field of bridge engineering in the future.Based on the Xiamen Second East Passage project,we have conducted research on key technologies for high-precision construction of the substructure of large-scale sea-crossing bridges.In response to the key and difficult points in the construction process of projects with large tidal range,high flow velocity,complex geological conditions,high difficulty in water stopping,and high requirements for construction accuracy,we have developed key core technologies such as high-precision pile sinking of steel pipe piles with large tidal range,rapid and high-quality prefabrication of large piers and abutments,and installation and water stopping of prefabricated piers and abutments with large water depth.A set of construction technologies suitable for high-precision pile sinking,high-quality prefabrication of piers and abutments,high-precision installation,and rapid water sealing of large offshore bridges in complex construction environments and factors has been formed,which supports the Xiamen Second East Passage main bridge project to be opened to traffic 5 months ahead of schedule,and can also provide reference for similar projects.
