Formwork and trolley structures are commonly used in engineering construction projects,but are rarely used in cast-in-place connection sections of immersed tunnels.Based on the example of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel Project,this paper introduces the application of formwork and trolley structures in the template system of the connection section of the immersed tunnel,including the design form of the formwork and trolley structures,the construction process and methods of each layer cast-in-place of the connection section's bottom plate,middle wall,and top plate,summarizes the application effect of formwork and trolley structures,and put forward improvement suggestions.The smooth application of formwork and trolley can provide reference for the construction of box culvert structures such as connection sections and pipe galleries of layered cast-in-place immersed tunnels.
