Structural health monitoring is a monitoring method to quickly identify the health status of structures by identifying changes in the external environment and the structure itself in a non-destructive and real-time manner,realizing the functions of damage identification,assessment and analysis,and safety early warning.The structural health monitoring system can provide decision-making and support for the intelligent management,maintenance and operation of the project,so as to reduce the operation risk,prolong the service life of the structure and save the operation cost.This paper introduces the structural health monitoring system of Dalian Bay immersed tunnel from the aspects of the design of monitoring content in the monitoring system and the construction of software and hardware of the monitoring platform.The accuracy and effectiveness of the monitoring system are verified by the feedback monitoring data.
