摘要

最终接头是沉管隧道建设的重难点之一,其施工工艺可分为多种.大连湾海底隧道依据现有工程经验和自身的建设条件提出了一种新型的最终接头形式——顶进节段法最终接头.通过综合比较,传统止水板法、顶进节段法、V形块体法3种最终接头施工工艺均适用于大连湾海底隧道.文章从结构受力、施工工期、施工安全、建设成本4个方面综合对比了3种最终接头施工工艺的特点.最终,确定顶进节段法最终接头为大连湾海底隧道的最终接头施工工艺.

Abstract

The closure joint is one of the key and difficult points in the construction of immersed tunnel,and its construction process can be divided into various types.Based on the existing engineering experience and its own construction conditions,a new type of closure joint,the jacking segment method closure joint,was proposed for the Dalian Bay immersed tunnel.Through comprehensive comparison,the three closure joint construction techniques of traditional water stop method,jacking segment method,and V-block method are all applicable to the Dalian Bay immersed tunnel.This paper comprehensively compares the characteristics of three closure joint construction techniques from four aspects:structural stress,construction period,construction safety,and construction cost.Finally,it is determined that the closure joint of the jacking segment method is the final construction technology of the Dalian Bay immersed tunnel.
