摘要

沉管隧道工程施工具有管节安装精度要求高等特点,管节安装精度的高低往往取决于碎石基床铺设的精度.大连湾海底隧道曲线段管节曲线半径较小,曲率较大,传统碎石垄布置方式已无法适用于曲线段管节安装,文中通过对大曲率碎石基床碎石垄长度、垄体布置方式、船舶站位等关键内容进行研究,从而顺利完成曲线段碎石基床整平施工,达到满足沉管安装对接的要求.

Abstract

The construction of immersed tunnel is characterized by high precision requirements for the installation of pipe segments.The installation accuracy of pipe segments often depends on the accuracy of laying the gravel bed.The curve radius of pipe segments of Dalian Bay immersed tunnel is small and the curvature is large,so the traditional gravel ridge arrangement is not suitable for the installation of curved section pipe segments.In this paper,the key contents such as the length of the gravel ridge,the arrangement of the ridge body,and the position of the ship were studied,so as to successfully complete the leveling construction of the curved section of the gravel bed,and meet the requirements of the installation and docking of immersed pipes.
