The curved immersed tube of the Dalian Bay immersed tunnel is the largest curvature in China.In order to achieve high-precision installation positioning and axis control of large curvature immersed tubes,it is necessary to improve and optimize the original measurement and control technology for the installation of straight section immersed tubes.In this paper,the differences and corresponding optimization schemes of straight and curved immersed tube installation measurement and control were mainly studied in three parts:immersed tube calibration,floating transportation installation measurement and control system,and immersed tube linear fitting,and the practice was verified in the installation process of E14-E18 pipe segments.The final high-precision installation of the curved pipe joint was achieved,with an axis deviation of 15 mm to the tail end of the E18 pipe segment,providing favorable conditions for the closure joint pushing.
