基于运安一体船的深中通道沉管隧道高精度对接技术

High-precision docking technology for Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link immersed tunnel based on integrated barge for transportation and installation

为了确保深中通道海底隧道建设的高效性和高质量,海底隧道的高精度快速对接成为一大挑战.针对超宽钢壳沉管隧道的特点,研究了深中通道隧道高精度快速对接技术,提出了一套沉管首尾位置定位控制系统,包括系泊系统、北斗定位测控技术、一体船控制系统等多系统联动技术.通过实际应用,深中通道沉管隧道的最大轴线绝对偏差和最大横向相对偏差均控制在设计偏差±5 cm之内.研究结果表明,运安一体船在高精度对接过程中具有显著优势,为我国沉管隧道施工提供了有力支持.
In order to complete the construction of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link subsea tunnels with higher efficiency and quality,the high-precision and rapid docking of subsea tunnels has become a major challenge.Taking into account the characteristics of the ultra-wide steel-shell immersed tube tunnels,a high-precision and rapid docking technology for the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link tunnels,and a set of positioning control systems for the head and tail locations of the immersed tubes was proposed,which includes multi-system linkage technologies such as mooring system,Beidou positioning and measurement control technology,and integrated barge control system.Through practical application,the maximum absolute deviation of the central axis and the maximum lateral relative deviation of the immersed tube tunnel of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link were both controlled within the design deviation of±5 cm.The results indicates that the integrated barge for transportation and installation has significant advantages during the high-precision docking process,which provides strong support for the construction of immersed tube tunnels in China.
