The E23 pipe segment and final joint of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link are special-shaped pipe segments,with uneven distribution of gravity in the front and rear parts of the pipe segment.To ensure the safe posture of the E23 pipe segment and final joint under multiple working conditions,it is necessary to study and formulate the leveling and loading of the corresponding No.1 to No.9 ballast water tanks for the special-shaped pipe segment based on the construction characteristics under different working conditions;To ensure the safety of the ship's pipe connection during the floating transportation of the special-shaped pipe segment,a partial ballast concrete scheme was installed between the left and right lane sealing doors on the Zhongshan side of the E23 pipe segment and the sealing of the No.1 and No.2 water tanks instead of the water tank ballast leveling scheme,effectively reducing the leveling liquid level of the No.1 and No.2 water tanks of the special-shaped pipe segment,and ensuring the safety of the ship's pipe floating transportation.
