深中通道采用整体预制水下推出式最终接头新技术.为了满足后焊接工序处于无水环境,推出段及扩大段之间设置"M止水带+充气式止水带"作为后焊段施工期临时止水措施,M止水带是第1道止水措施,也是最重要的一道止水措施.深中通道最终接头M止水带为目前世界最大规格尺寸止水带,安装质量要求高,为此研发使用特殊工装工艺安装的工法,解决了超大、超宽止水带安装难题,确保安装质量.通过深中通道最终接头现场实践,该工艺可在类似工程中参考应用.
The new technology of integrated prefabricated underwater push type final joint is adopted by the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link.In order to ensure that the post welding process is in a dry environment,an"M-typed waterstop+inflatable waterstop"is installed between the push out section and the expansion section as a temporary waterstop measure during the construction period of the post welding section.M-typed waterstop is the first and most important waterstop measure.The final joint M-typed waterstop of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is currently the world's largest size waterstop,with high quality requirements for installation of waterstops.Therefore,a special tooling process installation method has been developed to solve the problem of installing super large and ultra wide waterstops,ensuring installation quality.Through on-site practice of the final joint of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,this process can be referenced and applied in similar projects.
