高精度碎石基床定点无损清淤技术研究及应用

摘要
沉管隧道施工中,碎石基床铺设是关键工序,其质量对隧道运行安全和使用寿命具有重要影响.而回淤风险的存在影响了施工质量和进度.为解决该问题,首次在国内提出了碎石基床垄顶清淤系统及配套技术.该技术在不破坏基床的前提下,有效清除碎石垄顶20多cm的回淤物,将其控制在设计允许范围内,从而避免了工期延误和成本风险,可为后续研发工作提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
The laying of gravel bed is a key process in the construction of immersed tube tunnels,and its quality has a significant impact on the safety and service life of tunnel operation.The risk of back-silting affects the construction quality and progress.To solve this problem,a gravel bed ridge top dredging system and supporting technology have been proposed for the first time in China.The technology can effectively remove more than 20 cm of silt from the gravel ridge top without damaging the foundation bed,and control it within the design allowable range,thus avoiding the delay of construction period and cost risk,which can provide useful reference for subsequent research and development work.
