Part of the walls of the cast-in-place tunnel in the west artificial island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link are curved structures with gradually changing curvature. In order to adapt to the construction of the tunnel arc-shaped structure, the construction technology of steel-timber composite arc-shaped formwork was studied by combining the preliminary design and field process verification. The engineering practice has proved that this technology can better solve the problem of low generality of curved wall formwork with variable curvature.Compared with conventional custom steel formwork or random wood formwork system, the steel-timber composite arc-shaped formwork system has obvious advantages in quality, safety and cost control, which can provide reference for similar projects.
