摘要

目前电厂码头皮带机的运维通常采用人工监测及巡检的方式,缺乏有效的在线监测和远程诊断手段,影响电厂码头生产运营效率.因此,设计建设一套无线测温测振系统,实现对皮带机驱动电机、减速机及滚筒等重点部位的实时在线振动及温度监测.该系统充分利用现代传感器技术、无线传输技术及边缘智能技术等,主要包括无线温度发送模块、无线振动发送模块、无线路由模块、无线接收模块及实时监控系统等部分,具备实时数据处理、异常检测、趋势分析、预警报警和报表生成等功能.通过应用该系统,不仅有效避免因设备故障导致的停机事故,还实现传统运维模式的转型升级,对设备的维护需求进行预测和优化,为后续智能港口建设及管理奠定坚实的基础.

Abstract

At present,the operation and maintenance of belt conveyors at power plant docks typically employ manual monitoring and patrol inspection methods,lacking effective online monitoring and remote diagnostic techniques,which impacts the production and operational efficiency of power plant docks.Therefore,it is necessary to design a wireless temperature and vibration measuring system to achieve real-time online vibration and temperature monitoring of key components such as the driving motor,reducer,and drum of the belt conveyor.This system fully utilizes modern sensor technology,wireless transmission technology,and edge intelligence technology,and mainly includes wireless temperature sending modules,wireless vibration sending modules,wireless routing modules,wireless receiving modules,and monitoring systems.This system has functions such as real-time data processing,anomaly detection,trend analysis,early warning alarm,and report generation.By applying this system,unplanned downtime accidents caused by equipment failure can be effectively avoided,and the transformation and upgrading of traditional operation and maintenance models can be realized.This system also can forecast and optimize the maintenance needs of equipment,laying a solid foundation for the construction and management of intelligent ports.
