摘要
针对深中通道沉管安装过程中水上一体船与水下沉管电力和通讯联系的需要,提出了一种深水沉管水下脐带缆穿舱与搭接技术.通过对其水下密封性能、承重性能等关键指标的模拟和测试,结果表明该系统可满足300 m水深抗压密封要求和14 kN的抗拉力.此技术为深中通道沉管安装提供了有效的技术支撑,其可靠性在深中通道沉管安装中得到了验证,同时可为未来更大水深沉管安装时的"船舶-沉管"通讯联系提供技术参考.
Abstract
To meet the need of electric power and communication connection between waterborne integrated vessel and underwater immersed tube during the installation process of immersed tube tunnel of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,an underwater umbilical cable penetrating and connecting technology was proposed.Through the simulation and testing of key indexes such as underwater sealing performance and load-bearing performance,the results indicate that the system can meet the pressure sealing requirements for water depth of 300 meters and has a tensile resistance of 14 kN.This technology provides effective technical support for the installation of immersed tubes in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,and its reliability has been verified in the installation of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link immersed tube tunnel.Meanwhile,it can provide technical reference for the communication connection"between vessel and immersed tube"during installation of immersed tube tunnel in larger water depth in the future.
