《港口工程荷载规范》船舶水流力计算公式的修正方法

随着船舶大型化和停泊水域动力环境复杂化,利用现行JTS 144-1-2010《港口工程荷载规范》附录F计算船舶水流力时,发现公式中存在诸多缺陷,主要为:1)相对水深适用范围窄;2)水流流向角分区段计算方法不统一;3)纵、横向水流分力的作用点不明确;4)引用相关数据缺陷等.严重制约标准规范的推广应用.因此,基于标准修正专项的研究,通过收集比对国外标准和规范等资料,以及结合笔者前期所开展大量船舶物理模型试验结果等方法,得到了将现行规范水流力计算公式中相对水深适用条件由 1.5扩大至6.0;提出了以船舶中心为力作用点的新坐标系下,采用横向分力、纵向分力和偏心力矩3部分组成的水流力计算修正方法,满足了规范修正目的.
With the large-scale ships and the complexity of the dynamic environment in the berthing waters,when using appendix F of the current JTS 144-1-2010 Load Code for Harbor Engineering to calculate the ship flow force,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the formula,mainly as follows:1)the applicable range of relative water depth is narrow;2)The calculation methods for flow direction angle sections are not unified;3)the action points of longitudinal and transverse flow components are not clear;4)the introduction of relevant data defects,etc.Seriously restrict the promotion and application of standards and specifications.Therefore,based on the research on the revision of the standard,by collecting and comparing the data of foreign standards and guidelines,as well as combining the results of a large number of ship physical model tests carried out by the author in the early stage,the applicable conditions of relative water depth in the current standard flow force calculation formula are expanded from 1.5 to 6.0;A new coordinate system with the center of the ship as the force application point was proposed,which adopts a revised method for calculating water flow force composed of three parts:transverse force,longitudinal force,and eccentric moment,meeting the purpose of standard revision.
