基于港航专业特色的大型仪器7S管理方法探索与实践

为最大限度发挥大型仪器效能,解决港航专业仪器数量多、库房少、仪器生产早、多通道采集箱式仪器多等带来的问题,经过5 a不断探索和3 a应用实践,逐步形成一套具有港航专业特色、能促进大型仪器资源共享、激发仪器效能的7S管理模式.该模式强调大型仪器管理要分步骤实施,先实现仪器的规范化管理,建立仪器信息库;再进行智慧创新管理,采用现有的先进试验技术,实现大型仪器开放共享、升级改造和二次开发.实践证明,该管理模式极大提高了仪器使用效率、便捷了师生的使用,在全校发挥了示范引领作用.
In order to maximize the efficiency of large-scale instruments and solve the problems caused by the large number of instruments,limited warehouse,early instrument production,and multiple multi-channel collection box-type instruments in the harbor and waterway industry,a set of 7S management mode with harbor and waterway professional characteristics,which can promote the sharing of large-scale instrument resources and stimulate instrument efficiency,has been gradually established after 5 years of continuous exploration and 3 years of application practice.This mode emphasizes that the management of large-scale instruments should be carried out step by step.First,the standardized management of instruments should be realized,the instrument information base should be established,then the intelligent and innovative management should be carried out,and the existing advanced experimental technology should be adopted,large-scale instruments to achieve open sharing,upgrading and secondary development.Practice has proved that the management mode has greatly improved the efficiency of instrument use,facilitated the use of teachers and students,and played a demonstrative and leading role throughout the whole school.
