国内海洋超级工程不断涌现,新型专用船舶应运而生,国家现行定额中缺少此类新型船舶艘班费用和计算方法,导致无法合理测算工程造价,因此确定新型船舶艘班费用和计算方法势在必行.文章将行业相关规范和深中通道项目实际相结合,参照国家现行定额艘班费用组成,研究了沉管浮运安装一体船艘班费用中关键参数的取值和计算方法,编制出了沉管浮运安装一体船艘班费用的计算公式,并通过实际发生成本以及现行定额验证了公式的准确性,可供未来新型船舶艘班费用的编制参考借鉴.
With the continuous emergence of mega marine projects in China,new specialized ships have been invented and put into use.However,the per-shift cost of new type ships is not included in the current industry quota system of the country,which makes it impossible to reasonably calculate the engineering cost.Therefore,it is imperative to determine the cost and calculation method of per-shift cost of new type ships.By combining related industry specifications with the actual situation of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link project and referring to the current national quota of per-shift cost composition,this paper studies the values and calculation methods of key parameters in the per-shift cost of integrated ships for floating transportation and installation of immersed tubes,formulates a calculation formula for the per-shift cost,and verifies the accuracy of the formula through the actual cost incurred and the current quota,which can provide reference for the compilation of per-shift cost of new type ships in the future.
