摘要

根据修正后的Andreasen-Andersen模型,用碱激发矿粉完全替代胶凝材料设计碱激发超高性能混凝土的配合比,并分析了不同水胶比对碱激发超高性能混凝土工作性能、体积稳定性能的影响,再采用扫描电子显微镜对碱激发超高性能混凝土断面进行了形貌分析.结果表明,随着水胶比的降低,碱激发超高性能混凝土试块的无侧限抗压强度逐渐增加;以碱激发矿粉作为胶凝材料制备的超高性能混凝土体积稳定性明显提高;随着养护龄期的增加,碱激发超高性能混凝土的水化产物结构更加致密,具有优异的微观形貌.

Abstract

According to the revised Andreasen-Andersen model,alkali activated mineral powder was used to completely replace cementitious materials to design the mix ratio of alkali activated ultra-high performance concrete.The impact of different water-binder ratios on the working performance and volume stability performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)was analyzed,and then the morphology of the alkali activated UPHC cross-section was analyzed using a scanning electron microscope.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of alkali activated UHPC gradually increases with the decrease of water-binder ratio.The volume stability of alkali activated UHPC prepared by alkali activated mineral powder as cementing material is obviously improved.With the increase of curing age,the hydration products of alkali activated UHPC have more dense structure and excellent microstructure.
