摘要

维修中心建筑方案设计对码头工艺设备的保养维护、安全运行起着至关重要的作用.智能化集装箱码头是目前码头自动化发展的前沿领域,而传统的维修中心建筑已无法满足智能化集装箱码头的工艺设备维修需求.结合天津港C段智能化集装箱码头项目建筑工程新理念,总结维修中心功能定位、空间布局、绿色智慧、"零碳"设计、形象设计的关键问题,设计出满足智能化集装箱码头需求的维修中心建筑方案.

Abstract

The building scheme design of the maintenance center plays a crucial role in the maintenance and safe operation of dock process equipment.Intelligent container terminals are currently at the forefront of terminal automation development.However,traditional maintenance center buildings are no longer able to meet the process equipment maintenance needs of intelligent container terminals.Based on the new construction concept of the intelligent container terminal project in Section C of Tianjin Port,the key design issues of the functional positioning,spatial layout,green intelligence,"zero carbon"design and aesthetic enhancement of the maintenance center building are summarized,and a maintenance center building scheme that meets the needs of intelligent container terminals is designed.
