深中通道西人工岛隧道结构进出口设置曲梁钢排架结构减光建筑,以实现隧道内外光线平顺过渡,提升行车舒适感及安全性.减光建筑钢结构断面异形且尺寸及跨度大,不具备整体运输及吊装条件.为确保西人工岛减光建筑安装精度及质量,提升整体建筑景观效果,针对钢结构制作及安装各个环节,开展相关技术研究,并通过工艺优化,制定合理的分段制作、大节段现场组拼、吊装等工艺,可为后续类似工程施工提供借鉴.
The entrance and exit of the west artificial island tunnel structure of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link are equipped with a curved beam steel bent structure light-weakening buildings to achieve smooth transition of light inside and outside the tunnel and improve driving comfort and safety.The steel structure of light-weakening buildings has an irregular section with large dimensions and spans,and does not have the overall transportation and lifting conditions.In order to ensure the installation accuracy and quality of light-weakening buildings on the west artificial island,and improve the overall architectural landscape effect,relevant technical research has been carried out for each link of steel structure production and installation.Reasonable processes such as segmentation production,large segment on-site assembly and lifting have been developed through process optimization,which can provide reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
