For the construction of cast-in-place members in the high-pile wharf, the efficiency of binding steel bar on the water platform is low,and it is greatly affected by tides, making safety management difficult.Based on actual projects for process practice research,a construction technology of processing cast-in-place member bars in a reinforcement plant and integrated lifting them to the site for installation was put forward.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology was used to build three-dimensional models, carry out the collision checks of steel bars, and locally optimize the layout of member bars, which solves the collision problem between different member bars during installation. The practice shows that the transformation of steel bar binding from traditional operation on the water platform to onshore operation can effectively improve work efficiency, accelerate on-site construction progress, and facilitate quality control of steel bar engineering. In addition, reducing the working time of workers on water is beneficial for on-site safety control and provides a new approach and method for similar project construction in the future.
