Research on transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in Henan province based on DEA-Malmquist index
In recent years,under the guidance of a series of policies,scientific and technological innovation activities in Henan Province have achieved remarkable results.Through empirical analysis and comparative study,this paper probes into the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in 17 prefecture-level cities and 1 provincial county-level administrative unit in Henan Province,and reveals the performance and gap in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in each region.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of targeted measures to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in Henan Province.The results of this study have important enlightenment and guiding significance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promoting the development of regional economy.
