探究汽车工业机器人中的机电一体化技术

研究探索机电一体化技术在汽车工业机器人中的应用,为了满足汽车焊接生产对安全性和效率的高要求,提出焊接机器人工作站设计,并使用蚁群算法对焊接机器人路径进行优化。实验结果表明,该路径规划与焊接机器人的实际工作情况吻合较好,设计的焊接机器人性能表现优越。
Exploring mechatronics integration technology in automotive industry robots
Researching and exploring the application of mechatronics technology in automotive industrial robots,in order to meet the high requirements for safety and efficiency in automotive welding production,a welding robot workstation design was proposed,and ant colony algorithm was used to optimize the welding robot path.The experimental results show that the path planning is in good agreement with the actual working situation of the welding robot,and the designed welding robot performs excellently.
