在对水利工程项目混凝土的强度进行检测时,经常出现回弹值偏低、强度不足的现象,导致混凝土强度评定时出现不合格的情况。因此,在对混凝土强度进行检测时,应合理选择检测方法,并规避影响检测结果的因素,保证检测结果的准确性。基于此,文章首先阐述了回弹法和超声回弹综合法的原理与影响因素,然后从检测环境、混凝土龄期、抗压强度 3 个方面对两种检测方法进行了分析与比较,最后结合工程案例,进一步分析和探讨了两者的检测精度与偏差情况,从而更好地为水利工程中混凝土强度检测方法的选择提供参考。
Research on the application of rebound method and ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method in concrete strength testing of hydraulic engineering
When testing the strength of concrete in water conservancy engineering projects,there are often phenomena such as low rebound value and insufficient strength,leading to unqualified concrete strength evaluation.Therefore,when testing the strength of concrete,a reasonable selection of testing methods should be made,and factors that affect the testing results should be avoided to ensure the accuracy of the testing results.Based on this,this article first elaborates on the principles and influencing factors of rebound method and ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method.Then,the two detection methods are analyzed and compared from three aspects:detection environment,concrete age,and compressive strength.Finally,combined with engineering cases,the detection accuracy and deviation of the two methods are further analyzed and discussed,providing reference for the selection of concrete strength detection methods in hydraulic engineering.
