Application of biopharmaceutical MES under the background of intelligent manufacturing
In today's modern medical production and manufacturing process,based on the characteristics of the biopharmaceutical industry in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the application of MES systems can effectively ensure the compliance and efficient production of biopharmaceuticals.Based on this,this article analyzes how the biopharmaceutical MES system can achieve quality inspection throughout the entire biopharmaceutical process in the context of intelligent manufacturing,and always runs through barcode and batch material management throughout the entire process,in order to identify and judge non compliant operations in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process,and ultimately ensure the compliance of biopharmaceutical enterprises in production and the traceability requirements of production data throughout the entire process.
