Nantong Hai'an city sewage main network testing and repair examples
Due to the long construction time,construction quality and other factors of the urban underground pipe network,some pipelines have ruptures,deformations and other structural and functional damage,which can easily lead to sewage overflow,urban waterlogging and road surface sinking,which seriously affects the urban appearance,traffic safety and the inlet water quality of urban sewage plants.This paper describes in detail the use of CCTV,QV to detect the 77.55km municipal road sewage main network in Hai'an City,Nantong City.1164 structural defects,369 functional defects are found.According to the detection results,the pipeline with different defects is cured by ultraviolet light,local resin curing,cracking method,excavation,obstacle removal and other repairs,in order to optimize the transmission capacity of the sewage pipe network,and to solve the problem of sewage leakage and other problems,and to improve the water quality of the sewage plant.
