随着船舶自动化程度和集成度的提高,液压推进技术在现代船舶中得到了广泛应用,大大提高了船舶设备的可靠性和安全性,降低了船舶管理人员的劳动强度,改善了船员的工作环境。液压驱动技术主要应用于甲板齿轮、液压船舱辅助设备、船舶液压锚定装置及一级和二级液压控制系统。如果设备和系统出现故障,尽快确定故障原因是解决问题的关键。
Research on fault analysis and troubleshooting of ship hydraulic equipment
With the improvement of ship automation and integration,hydraulic propulsion technology has been widely applied in modern ships,greatly improving the reliability and safety of ship equipment,reducing the labor intensity of ship management personnel,and improving the working environment of crew members.Hydraulic drive technology is mainly applied to deck gears,hydraulic cabin auxiliary equipment,ship hydraulic anchoring devices,and primary and secondary hydraulic control systems.If there is a malfunction in the equipment and system,determining the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible is the key to solving the problem.
