Practice and application of fault tree analysis in fracture quality issue analysis against a certain piston rod
Quality problem analysis tools are diverse,and an appropriate tool can achieve a significant effect.This article focuses on the application of fault analysis and introduces the principles and methods of fault tree analysis.Taking the piston rod fracture issue of a certain product as an example,by combining the Deming(PDCA)cycle and by reviewing the steps and precautions for fault tree analysis,a correct fault tree is established through continuous iteration and updating,which guides the fault diagnosis and quickly identifies the root cause of the problem.Through standardizing the usage of fault tree analysis in quality issue resolution process and mastering this method correctly,it can improve the efficiency of dealing with quality problems.Additionally,it has a certain value in other fault diagnosis scenarios as well.
