In more and more demolition and construction projects,it is inevitable to face the reuse problem of old pile foundation,and effectively solve the reuse problem of old pile foundation,can save the project cost,and effectively save the construction time.Taking a project in Shanghai as an example,based on the performance of the foundation soil engineering and the situation of the existing old piles,this paper puts forward the treatment scheme of the old and new facilities,compares the schemes from the perspectives of cost,construction period and so on,and chooses the appropriate scheme to provide reference for the subsequent similar projects.
