水泥混凝土路面就地粒石化再生水稳基层施工工艺研究

为了实现废旧水泥混凝土路面的再生利用,文章通过就地再生的方法,研究水泥混凝土路面就地粒石化再生水稳基层的施工工艺,明确施工过程的材料、设备要求,并通过试验路验证就地再生施工工艺。结果表明,就地再生水稳基层的压实度、无侧限抗压强度、平整度均符合设计要求。
Research on the construction technology of cement concrete road surface in situ granulation recycled water stabilized base
In order to achieve the recycling and utilization of waste cement concrete pavement,the article studied the construction process of in-situ granular and recycled water stabilized base of cement concrete pavement through on-site recycling method,clarified the material and equipment requirements of the construction process,and verified the on-site recycling construction process through experimental roads.The results showed that the compactness,unconfined compressive strength,and flatness of the in-situ recycled water stabilized base all met the design requirements.
