Research on quality inspection methods for subway tunnel concrete lining
With the continuous expansion of urban subway networks, the construction and maintenance of subway tunnels have become increasingly important. The concrete lining is a critical component of subway tunnel structures, and its quality directly impacts the safety and service life of the tunnels. Therefore, this study aims to explore quality inspection methods for subway tunnel concrete lining, with a focus on two non-destructive testing methods:ultrasonic testing and radar testing. The results indicate that ultrasonic testing is primarily used to measure surface and shallow parameters of concrete, including density, sound velocity, cracks, water content, and the depth and location of reinforcements. On the other hand, radar testing is suitable for detecting internal defects in concrete structures, the position of reinforcements, and the thickness of concrete layers.
