Research on the application of intelligent building process in the whole life cycle of the building based on BIM
Taking BIM as the guidance and the whole life cycle of the building as the perspective,this paper sorts out the connotation of intelligent design,intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance;the intelligent design of the college student activity center is carried out by Revit platform,the intelligent construction is realized with BIM5D tracking,and the intelligent operation and maintenance system is constructed with BIM integration and other dimensions.This research simulates and verifies the application of intelligent building process in the whole life cycle of the building in the practical project,realizes the information integration of the life cycle of the building,and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the intelligent and leans development of buildings.
