Research on the transfer and transformation approaches of sleeping patents in universities based on a grading and classification system
Patent grading and classification method plays an important role in the process of transferring and transforming"sleeping"patents in universities,but the existing university patent grading and classification system takes little account of enterprises or market demand,which makes it difficult to realize rapid identification of target patents in response to enterprises'individual demands.Based on the inventor's willingness to transfer and transform,patent quality and market demand,a dynamic evaluation model of university patent value is established,which takes the demand of enterprises or market as the starting point and conducts the dynamic evaluation of patent value by matching supply with demand,in a bid to help the technology demand side to quickly and accurately match the patents of universities and improve the transfer and transformation efficiency of patents.
