Analysis of the factors influencing patent invalidation in Hubei province
This paper analyzes the invalid patent status of Hubei Province(2012-2021)from multiple angles such as trends,patent types,technical fields,and applicants.Through data mining and comparison,it analyzes the factors affecting the invalidation of different types of patents and different subject patentees.It provides a basis for predicting the maintenance time and invalidation risk of patents and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
