State monitoring method of industrial robots based on digital twin technology
Due to the problem of low state monitoring accuracy,this paper proposes the industrial robot state monitoring method based on digital twin technology.This method first models the geometric model of industrial robots in 3 D,and then collects the data of industrial robots by using the monitoring method of industrial robots.Try mapping the status data of the working platform of industrial robots through the monitoring system,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the status of industrial robots.The experimental results:this method can accurately monitor the state of industrial robots.
